"You have a wonderful site and, truth be told, I am a little in awe of people actually working in acting. I like to read the stories they share of the different types of work they have done." - Rick Neal.
"I just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed the Virginia Actor's Forum meeting last night. I think it's so great that you have meetings like these. Thank you Amelia for all that you do." - Susan Highsmith.
Mission Statement
The Virginia Actor's Forum encourages a creative platform. It does not discriminate but presents artistic opportunites for all acting levels. It seeks quality discussion, trust among its members, and a chance for each artist to break personal barriers in the realm of acting.
It does not attempt to know all the answers. It welcomes new ideas, techniques and conflicts.
The goal is to work together to sharpen skills, practice the essentials and to heighten knowledge. There are no experts. There are no perfect actors. There are only serious artists who look to discover new ways of growing.
